Kristin is by far the best insurance agent I have had the pleasure of working with. She is always so attentive to my requests and the coverages I need. The latest example of how amazing she is was when I was trying to get my new watch I purchased in October insured. Initially I sent in a picture of my receipt and a picture of my watch. Shortly after she called with the bad news that they were requesting an appraisal of the watch. We both were in shock and to be honest I was mad at what it was going to cost me for an appraisal on top of this recent big purchase. After some brainstorming on what else we could do to avoid a costly appraisal, we decided I would call Tiffany’s customer service and see what we could get. Kristin was texting my questions back as I was on the phone with customer service. By the time I was off the phone, Kristin had an electronic copy of my receipt and item description from Tiffany’s forwarded onto the proper channels. As we waited she even gave me updates although it was no news yet. As soon as she found out the information was accepted and my watch is now insured. I am certain that she reached out to me as soon as she found out. You have a real asset to your company with Kristin. My only regret is that she wasn’t my agent sooner.
