TINTON FALLS, NJ, July 31, 2018–World Insurance Associates LLC, an independent insurance agency headquartered in Tinton Falls, NJ, acquired Northern Insurance Group/Worldwide Risk Management of Portland and Jackman, Maine and Plantation, Florida on July 2, 2018.
