We like that World Payroll is familiar with our business, knows our staff members, and suggestive to improvement towards day to day activities. They are responsive and have attentive personnel.
What World Payroll does best is communicating with customers. Also, helping with managing employees (hiring and terminating) and all payroll, taxes, workers comp, garnishments, etc. Just being able to send in hours and everything else be handled, knowing at the end of the year everything will be correct. It takes a lot off our workload.
I feel like we have a partnership with World Payroll. When we need help, they do everything they can to get the matter resolved.
