Neel Ray joined World in April 2023 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, leading mergers and acquisitions initiatives for the Financial Services business.
Mr. Ray has more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development leadership roles. Most recently prior to joining World, Mr. Ray was Head of Corporate Development at Envestnet. He has also held senior corporate development roles at TD Ameritrade, where he launched the firm’s corporate venture capital practice, TIAA and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Ray holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University.
