Jennifer Barton currently serves as the Head of Employee Benefits for World. In this capacity, she develops and drives the firm’s growth strategy for the Employee Benefits business.
Prior to joining World, Barton held senior leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson and was most recently the COO of the Human Capital Practice for North America. She is a graduate of Kennesaw University and the University of Georgia. Barton is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
