Andrea Paris serves as our Chief Operating Officer.
With more than 30 years of industry experience across sales and operations, Andrea is instrumental in her role at World. She collaborates closely with our technology, HR, and finance teams to drive our business strategy forward.
Prior to joining World, Andrea was Head of Client Service Operations for Corporate Risk & Broking in North America at Willis Towers Watson (WTW). Before her tenure at WTW, she served as a P&C Leader for USI. Andrea holds a B.S. in Political Science and Government from Northern Illinois University.
