TINTON FALLS, NJ, August 9, 2016–World Insurance Associates LLC, a fast-growing independent insurance agency headquartered in Tinton Falls, NJ, completed the acquisition of Harry Herbst & Associates of Morganville, NJ on August 1, 2016.
