World Insurance Associates LLC Acquires HTK/Hunt Traina Kennard Insurance Agency, Inc. of Tinton Falls, NJ

TINTON FALLS, NJ, January 5, 2016–World Insurance Associates LLC, a fast-growing independent insurance agency headquartered in Tinton Falls, NJ, completed the acquisition of the HTK/Hunt Traina Kennard Insurance Agency, Inc., also headquartered in Tinton Falls, on January 1, 2015.

The HTK/Hunt Traina Kennard Insurance Agency is an independent, all lines insurance agency that was formed in 1996 after three well-established agencies merged. The combined agency includes the former Hunt Agency, a second-generation, family-operated agency established in 1960 by James E. Hunt; the Traina Insurance Agency, founded in 1987 by John Traina; and the Kennard Insurance Agency, a third-generation, family-run firm started in 1932 by Joseph E. Kennard, Sr. The HTK/Hunt Traina Kennard Insurance Agency specializes in providing the best commercial and personal insurance to residents of Tinton Falls and surrounding areas.
