World Insurance Associates Acquires American Insurance Marketing Corp. of Maryland

TINTON FALLS, NJ, September 24, 2019- World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired American Insurance Marketing Corp. (AIMC) of Prince Frederick, Maryland on September 1, 2019. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1976, American Insurance Marketing is a leader in providing quality protection for thousands of individuals, families, businesses, and churches throughout the state of Maryland. Providing superior customer service and low rates along with its ability to understand clients’ coverage needs drives the success of the agency.

Kerry Day (President/CEO), Rodney Day (VP) and their associates will continue to operate from their current location in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
