TINTON FALLS, NJ, December 23, 2020- World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency, Inc. (“R.S. Gilmore”) of North Attleboro, MA on December 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency, Inc. was established in 1938 in a small office overlooking East Street in downtown North Attleboro. From its humble beginnings, it has grown to be one of the largest family owned insurance agencies in Southeastern Massachusetts. The hallmark of the agency has always been providing excellent customer service to its clients and giving back to its community.
