World Insurance Associates Acquires C. Walter Searle Insurance Agency LLC

TINTON FALLS, NJ - World Insurance Associates LLC (“WIA”), a Top 100 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired C. Walter Searle Insurance Agency LLC (“C. Walter Searle”) of Nutley, NJ on February 1, 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Since its founding in 1926, C. Walter Searle has been serving the insurance needs of individuals, families and businesses in New Jersey. They provide insurance for every line of business from personal (auto, home), commercial (business, liability, workers comp, commercial auto), and life & health.
