TINTON FALLS, NJ - World Insurance Associates LLC (“WIA”), a Top 100 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired Bush Insurance Agents & Brokers (“Bush Insurance”) of Cambridge Springs, PA on December 31, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1918, Bush Insurance has witnessed a veritable evolution of the insurance industry which led to the company becoming a regulated and respected provider of loss and risk management products. While technology has changed the tools of the business, the foundational principles of Bush Insurance remain the same. They still focus on educating their clients about the risks they face and offer insurance solutions that provide real-world protection.

Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA. Shafer Law Firm provided legal counsel to Bush, and Scali Group advised Bush on the transaction. No other advisors, diligence firms or legal counsel were disclosed.
